About Me

I came to be an energy healer by way of a very circuitous route. For years I was in the fashion industry, living in New York City, London, Barcelona, and Zurich. From my fashion career, I segued into the television industry in New York City, eventually moving to the Bay Area in California. I switched gears and earned a Masters in Education, got married, and moved to the Panhandle of Florida, where I became immersed in NIKKEN® wellness products from Japan. All my experiences kept leading me to the next step in life, with a gnawing feeling that there was more to life than the rat-race I had been living.

And, yes–there was more to life than the rat-race! Although I had always made fairly decent eating and lifestyle choices, through my work and education with NIKKEN® products I learned that if one area of our life was out of balance, so were the others. Everything is interconnected: spirit, body, mind, family, finances, and society. Through the years, I awakened to a healthier lifestyle, which in turn led me to discover other healing modalities, beginning with the writings of Louise Hay, followed by The Emotion Code™ by Dr. Bradley Nelson, which in turn led to Dr. Darren and the LifeLine Technique® to Reiki, and finally to the healing properties of essential oils.

Our body is naturally designed to heal itself, given enough spiritual, emotional, and physical support. Most of us are not aware of that. It took me years to get to where I am now. I was one of those folks who went to the doctor and wanted them to take care of whatever ailed me, usually with pharmaceuticals or surgery. Now I know differently. Don’t get me wrong. Allopathic doctors definitely have their place. Now, with the exception of a catastrophic situation, I fix whatever may ail me holistically, working with any one of the modalities in my repertoire.
